TaKeTiNa for managers

Executives and management are faced with enormous challenges today, and both TaKeTiNa and the Feldenkrais Method offer excellent tools for dealing with these.

On the one hand there are proven methods for coping with personal stress and on the other, a possibility to deepen competence in leadership like

  • a relaxed, creative way of tackling complex situations
  • a convincing physical and vocal presence
  • creativity and flexibility when dealing with mistakes
  • the correct amount of risk-taking coupled with a trained sense of balance
  • a productive balance of doing and letting things be done in multi-layered processes
  • acting intuitively and trusting your own intuition
  • the ability to see and use crises and seemingly chaotic phases of development as transitions on the way towards a new and more effective order – just as horses move from walking to trotting and to cantering.

TaKeTiNa and the Feldenkrais Method can train these kind of abilities, root them in a whole body experience and by doing so, allow them to be translated into concrete behavior whenever necessary.

Rhythm is one of the most effective tools for opening simultaneous awareness. When you are in a state of simultaneous awareness complexity does not lead to stress, but to stillness, to a sense of being grounded and therefore able to act in a considered way. So simultaneous awareness is very interesting for people who are dealing with various levels of complexity in their work on a daily basis. Simultaneous awareness opens up an inner space, in which many things are possible, which otherwise would not be the case.Reinhard Flatischler
